Order Fulfilment

Orders are processed and dispatched once full payment has been received.


Delivery Method

All orders are shipped within New Zealand using NZ Post.

  • Parcels are securely packaged and insured from dispatch through to delivery.
  • A signature is required on delivery unless you have an Authority to Leave (ATL) registered with NZ Post.
  • If an ATL is in place, parcels may be left without a signature. In these cases, delivery is managed under your ATL instructions. Once delivered under an ATL, responsibility for the parcel transfers in line with NZ Post's delivery confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

NZ Post aims for next working day delivery, however delays may occur, particularly for:

  • Rural deliveries
  • Peak periods (e.g. Christmas)
  • Unexpected courier network disruptions

Please Note: Rural deliveries may take an additional working day.


Pickup Option (Auckland Office)

You may collect your order from our Auckland office during our normal business hours, no appointment necessary. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.


Stock Availability

Delivery timeframes depend on stock availability.


If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options or provide or an updated dispatch timeframe.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at bullion@newzealandmint.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.


We will begin an investigation with NZ Post. If the parcel cannot be recovered, we will proceed with a claim and arrange a replacement once the investigation has been completed.


If There is a Problem

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is incorrect, please contact us at bullion@newzealandmint.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos (where applicable).


We will review the details promptly and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
