For international orders


Free Worldwide Shipping with FedEx® Express
All deliveries must be to a physical residential or business address.
Unfortunately, FedEx International (and their delivery partners) do not deliver to the following:


  • Post office boxes (P.O. boxes)
  • Military bases
  • Parcel lockers (subject to country. Please submit a support request before ordering if you have any queries).

A signature on delivery is required.



Important Delivery Notes


  • Include a working daytime phone number and full name at checkout.
  • Enter any C/- details in the “Company” field during checkout.
  • All orders ship from Auckland, New Zealand, during normal business hours (Mon–Fri).

Brand-imposed shipping restrictions may apply in some countries.



Important Delivery Information:


  • Our Refund policy applies to all completed bullion orders.
  • You may be subject to import duties, taxes, documents, forms, and customs clearances levied by your country or other overseas authorities once your order reaches your country. These charges are not included in the price and are not the responsibility of New Zealand Mint.
  • You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, requirements, restrictions and fees. Learn more about 'de minimus' ordering thresholds
  • U.S. citizens who purchase (import) internet-purchased goods into the U.S. over USD$800.00 may be subject to a formal customs entry. You will need to complete a CBP 5106 importer form to receive your goods. This is a U.S. government requirement. Please provide this information to your nearest FedEx outlet once contacted by customs to avoid the items returning to us.
  • We are aware that customers may be being asked to complete additional documentation for customs clearance of shipments into the USA, even for orders under $800. This currently impacts all businesses importing into the USA. We apologies for any inconvenience.
  • When your parcel is sent, our team will notify you by email and a tracking number will be supplied so you can see your parcel at each stage of its journey. Please check your spam inbox if you do not receive a notification.

New Zealand Shipping (Via NZ Post)


  • All NZ-based orders are shipped with NZ Post.
  • Parcels are insured from dispatch to delivery.
  • A signature is required, unless you have an Authority to Leave (ATL) on file.
  • ATL parcels are left without a signature—NZ Mint is not responsible for these.
  • To revoke your ATL, contact NZ Post directly.
  • Want to collect from a depot? Please provide:
  • Depot name, address, and any reference numbers.
  • Find your Parcel Collect location

NZ Post aims for next working day delivery, though delays may occur, especially in rural areas or during peak times.

Additional Information


  • Delivery timeframes depend on stock availability.
  • If any item in your order is unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternatives or revised timing.

If delays arise (e.g. COVID-19 disruptions), we’ll notify you by email.

Lost Parcel Policy


If your parcel doesn’t arrive within:


  • 7 days (NZ) or
  • 14 days (International)


please notify us.


We will start an investigation with the courier. If the item cannot be recovered, we will proceed with a claim and replace your order once resolved.
