What does “in stock” or “taking backorders” mean?

In stock means the product is available for immediate purchase
Taking backorders means the product is currently unavailable but can be secured for future delivery.

What payment options are available?

EFTPOS, Visa Debit, cash, and bank transfer. Please note there are restrictions on cash (max $9,500 NZD) as per our obligations under the Anti Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act.

Do you offer delivery or collection?

Yes. We offer secure delivery options throughout New Zealand via NZ Post as well as the ability to visit our Bullion Desk in Auckland to view products and complete your purchase in person. We also offer secure, professionally managed storage options if you prefer not to hold your bullion yourself.
