Simon Harding
Chief Executive
Simon has held various positions within the finance and Training industries including financial controller at London Futures and Options Exchange, International Petroleum Exchange and senior vice president of New York-based IIR, the world’s largest conference and training company.  In recent years Simon has successfully developed New Zealand businesses. He also has interests in Commercial property and holds several directorships.   As Chief Executive, Simon is committed to making New Zealand Mint the Boutique Mint to the World.   

Karl Lindridge
Mint Master
With more than 30 years in precious metals, bullion and commemorative coin manufacturing and as a master jeweller, Karl ensures New Zealand Mint jewellery and commemorative coin products exceed the highest international quality standards. Karl also oversees all production and in-house manufacturing.

Brent Hindman
Head of Sales and Marketing
Brent brings to New Zealand Mint an extensive Sales and Marketing background from a range of industry segments including luxury goods, fast moving consumer products, and specialty technology industries. With 20 years’ experience managing teams charged with representing and growing the brand of a company, Brent will lead the New Zealand Mint team of people building our product suite, and oversee the selling and support of those products into the international market.

Jayne Brophy
Head of Finance and Administration
With over 20 year’s extensive international experience in senior financial and commercial roles within a number of industry sectors, Jayne ensures the on-going proficiency of all finance and back office functions across New Zealand Mint. Jayne also takes a leading role developing the business from a cultural, commercial and process perspective.

Chris Kirkness
Vice President – USA Operations
With over 30 years business management experience across a broad range of industries and 4 year as the Sales & Marketing Manager for NZ Mint, Chris is responsible for developing the significant business opportunity of the USA market. Chris is focused on promoting innovatively designed and quality commemorative coins for collectors and the gift market in USA, including several licensed brands.

Martin Gage
Sales Director
With an extensive background in sales, marketing and analysis. Martin is responsible for growing the Commemorative Coins & Bullion distribution network internationally, with a focus on Europe & Asia Pacific. Additionally, he is responsible for managing the Jewellery division and Effigy management for a number of International issuing authorities.

Rachel Warren
Jewellery Manager
Rachel has a background in training and sales of luxury product and joined NZM in 2011 to manage and grow the jewellery division, Rachel works with our designers and stockists of New Zealand Mint jewellery to ensure that product of the highest desirability and quality is available.

Owen Ellis
Operations & Logistics Manager
Owen brings to New Zealand Mint, over 18 years of experience within the Print Industry and the ability to successfully co-ordinate multiple deadline driven projects at once. With an extensive knowledge of design, manufacturing and production management, Owen ensures that the highest quality products are available on-time to New Zealand Mint’s clients.
